Commitment toSustainability

Every decision we make is guided by our responsibility to people and planet. From ethical raw material sourcing to zero-waste production in Sri Lanka.

Ethical Sourcing

Rooted in Sri Lanka's Coconut Triangle

Our raw materials are ethically sourced from carefully selected coconut farms across the Southern Province and Coconut Triangle of Sri Lanka — regions globally renowned for yielding the highest quality, longest, and strongest coir fibres.

  • Local Farming Partnerships

We work directly with local farmers, ensuring fair wages and supporting rural livelihoods.

  • Byproduct Utilization

Coconut husks are a natural byproduct of the food industry. We upcycle them into valuable export products, preventing waste.

The Journey

The "Husk to Product" Story

Our production process relies on generations of traditional knowledge combined with modern quality control, maintaining the fibre's natural strength and integrity.

01

Harvesting & Retting

Husks are collected and soaked in natural water bodies to soften the fibres safely.

02

Defibering

The softened husks are mechanically separated into long, strong bristle fibres and coco peat.

03

Spinning & Weaving

Fibres are spun into twine or woven into geotextiles using traditional and modern methods.

04

Quality Inspection

In-house quality inspection at every production stage before packaging for export.

Our Environmental Practices

100% Biodegradable

All our coir products are completely natural and biodegradable. They return to the earth without leaving any harmful microplastics or synthetic residues.

Water Management

Our coco peat washing processes employ careful water management techniques. We ensure water is reused where possible and discharged safely without environmental harm.

Zero-Waste Approach

From the long bristle fibre to the fine coir pith, every part of the coconut husk is utilized. What cannot be spun into yarn is compressed into coco peat for horticulture.
